Virtual Birth Doula
Birth planning & Support from afar.
The power of a birth plan isn't the actual plan. It's the process of becoming educated about all of your options.
Sliding Scale $400-700
I believe in natural and physiological birth and that your body knows what to do. My approach to pregnancy and birth is to surrender the process and let your intuition guide you. I believe feeling comfortable and safe is the key to an empowering and smooth birth, so my job is to help you find what feels right for you, your baby and family.
As your virtual birth doula, I offer evidence-based, judgement free pregnancy and physiological birth education leading up to your birth helping you to foster trust in yourself and the birth process. I can help you create a birth plan, and provide resources to help support whichever birth path you choose. I am also available throughout your pregnancy for pregnancy related questions.
Whether or not I support you during your birth is up to you! I am more than happy to use tools such as FaceTime or Zoom to help you and your birth partner. I can suggest birth positions, emotional support and encouragement, and breathing techniques.
Similar to my in person doula package, my virtual doula offering includes (3) 1-hour prenatal visits leading up to birth to prepare you for birth, ability to chat with me throughout your pregnancy, as well as 24/7 on call availability from 36 weeks of pregnancy, presence at your birth and (1-2) 1-hour follow up session post birth all done online.
