As your postpartum doula I can offer a variety of assistance depending on the support you have in your home including but not limited to: preparing breakfast or lunch, light cleaning, laundry, dishwashing, washing bottles and pump parts, providing education on baby items and newborn care, basic lactation support, run errands for you, care for baby while you shower or take self-care time, take walks with you, and more.

When should I hired a postpartum doula?
The sooner the better, however, it's never too late. The more time in advance you book, the more time we have to get to know each other and for me to support you in your journey to bringing new life into the world.
Do you provide overnight care?
I do not. Having young children myself, it's important to me that unless I am at a birth, I am home with them.
